The USTA announced today Lleyton Hewitt receives a US Open Wild Card for the main draw for what’s going to be his last US Open ever.

Lleyton Hewitt is a former number 1 of the ATP Tour and the 2001 winner of the US Open.
Hewitt will retire at the end of season of 2015
The following players also received a wild card for the main draw: American 18-year-old Jared Donaldson, Bjorn Fratangelo, Ryan Harrison, Austin Krajicek, 2015 NCAA champion Ryan Shane and 2015 USTA Boys’ 18s National Champion Frances Tiafoe. Pierre Hugues-Herbert of France will make his US Open debut as well.
The 2015 US Open will be played August 31-September 13 at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Flushing, N.Y. Both the men’s and women’s singles champions this year will earn $3.3 million, with the ability to earn an additional $1 million in bonus prize money – for a total $4.3 million potential payout – based on their performances in the Emirates Airline US Open Series.
