shirtless: just call them ballsy

Fore! We’re a little late on this, but the boys of the Bethany College (Kan.) golf team got ballsy this summer in doing a team photoshoot. Too bad the school’s administration didn’t like their tan lines. Oh. And the captain’s name? Jack Hiscock. No. Really.

(Thanks to Dan Savage for the tip)

golf boy band's 'oh oh oh' a hit

Hole in one. With the US Open kicking off in the golf world today, what better way to kick things off than the funniest thing you’ve seen out of the sport since John Daly’s pants? Ben Crane (he’d be the one in the red … scuba suit?) leads a boy-band four-some, Golf Boys, in an inspiring tune called “Oh Oh Oh.” You just have to watch it to appreciate.

master caddy andy

“A 7-iron, please” On the day before The Masters, the two “sissy” sports – tennis and golf – crossed paths in the most unusual of ways. There was Andy Roddick, tennis superstar, as a caddy for a Par 3 tune-up at Augusta National. Roddick carried the clubs for Zach Johnson after he has expressed interest in swinging through The Masters to his agent. His thoughts on Augusta? “Places rarely live up to the hype. This place surpasses it.” Perhaps Roddick would like to skip the clay court season altogether and stay on the grass.

Would you like Roddick to caddy for you? Another player? Tell us!
