A museum in the Chinese province of Sichuan messed up majorly while trying to create a wax statue of Roger Federer. Instead of it looking like the real deal it looks like a wanted fugitive that could easily appear on “America’s most wanted”. To be fair, the wax statue artists who created this abonimation, deserve to be locked up in the first place.
In a statement issued by the museum they said the following:
“The clothes and the styles are not chosen by us, in fact, the museum offers the opportunity to artists specializing in the waxworks to exhibit their works.”
Roger Federer returns to tennis this week at the Western & Southern Open in Cincinnatti and cruised to the quarter finals of the tournament by beating Spaniard Roberto Bautista Agut in straight sets 6-4, 6-4. Federer will play Kevin Anderson of South Africa.
The Western & Southern Open is the first tournament of Roger Federer who took an extended break after the lost Wimbledon finals versus Novak Djokovic.
